In his presentation titled: Technology Errors & Omissions Liability Risks for Colocation and Cloud Providers, Joe discussed the concept of Errors and Omissions and gave some claim examples to help the participants fully understand the impact of the changing landscape of the internet in everyday business. Both Joe Weipert and Rand Moritzky were in Atlanta for the “(June 18, 19, & 20) Simmering Service Provider Summit in Hotlanta”on June 19th to present: Ask the Expert: How do I insure my business against all liability risks? In this challenging session, Joe gave a brief summary on: What is it about liability insurance that is so hard to understand and allowed participants to hear of cutting edge liability issues and what it is communication companies can do to protect themselves from the tricks and traps of liability insurance. Discussion points included Business, Auto, Directors and Officers, and Cyber liability issues and solutions in the marketplace with the goal of adding some new ammo to help in their business activities.
