Located on the right hand side of your screen. the new cart feature makes online ordering a breeze. Just find the item(s) you want and click add to cart! Easily view or edit all the items in your cart and checkout.

Menu

Categories at the top of your screen (Apparel, Golf, Hats, etc.) will help you find what you’re looking for, fast. Click on the category to view sub-categories or products associated. Hover on category to reveal the drop down menu to narrow your selection.

Discounts

All items in the Casual Friday store have been marked down 30% to reflect team member discount.

Adding items to cart

Click on the product you’d like to order. In the product page, enter the desired quantity, color, size and logo option. Then click add to cart.

Note: The image preview may not reflect the color you selected. Not all colors have image previews.

After adding an item to your cart, click “Checkout now” to go to checkout or click the UNICO logo in the top right to return to the Casual Friday home page.

You view your cart by click the cart icon in the top right hand corner. Cart details include: Product, color, size and logo option.

Checkout

Enter your information in the checkout field. Email or phone may be used if there is a discrepancy in your order or to replace an unavailable product.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping is available to any U.S. address for an added $11. You can also elect to pick up from the Lincoln office or Omaha office at no charge.

All Casual Friday orders will be charged through Payroll only. You may not use your Advisor Expense budget.

Adding items to cart

Click on the product you’d like to order. In the product page, choose options form the drop down menu then select quantity. Then click add to cart.

Apparel Product Availability

Apparel products in the Pro Shop are current, on-hand inventory. Limited sizing available. This is not a custom order. Click on the product you’d like to order. In the product page, choose options form the drop down menu then select quantity. Then click add to cart.

Gift Boxes

We have a variety of gift options available on-hand and available via drop shipping.

View Cart

To view products in your cart, click “View Cart” on the right hand side of the screen, next to the cart icon. The cart will show you all the products in your cart, subtotals, coupons and order total.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes will automatically be applied to your order. You can view all applied coupons in your cart or in the checkout screen. To apply a new coupon code, enter the code in the cart or checkout then click apply coupon.

Team Member Discount – Team members receive 30% off all items from the UNICO Store, maximum $50 per order. Discount does not expire or reset at calendar or fiscal year.

Note: Available coupons will automatically be applied to your order. If you don’t see a coupon code, click proceed to checkout. Scroll down to your order and check if coupon is now applied. If not, please contact [email protected].

Purchasing For Client Gift, Prospect Gift or Event Giveaway

If your order is for a client, prospect or event, you’ll be asked to complete some additional fields. Please include the intended name of the recipient or event, the need by date and list any advisor splits.

Before placing the order, change the payment method to Advisor Expense Budget, located below your order summary.

Advisor Splits

List all Advisors intended to split the purchase in the required field. List any percentages if applicable (Example: Advisor A 50%, Advisor B 25%, Advisor C 25%). If no percentages listed, cost will be split equally.

Please allow at least 3 business days for fulfillment for all Pro Shop purchases.

Billing Options

Payroll or Advisor Expense Budget will be charged the month immediately following order fulfillment.

Client gifts, prospect gifts or event giveaways do not qualify for the 30% discount.

Custom Orders

What can I custom order?

Team members can purchase the newest golf-related apparel from top brands like Greg Norman Collection, Dunning Golf and Peter Millar. Footwear, accessories, shorts, pants and skirts are not available for custom order.

  • Greg Norman exclusions:
    • Online or outlet only (SKUs included X)
    • Previous seasons (Example: G7S24065E, S24 = Spring 2024 (available). Products starting with G7F23065E, F23 = Fall 2023 (not available))
  • Dunning Golf exclusions:
    • Online only or limited edition
    • Previous seasons (Example: D7S24583W, S24 = Spring 2024 (available). Products starting with D7F23K552, F23 = Fall 2023 (not available))
  • Peter Millar exclusions:
    • Online, limited edition or items with trademarked logos (Example: Nebraska N logo)
    • Previous seasons (Example: MS24EK10S, S24 = Spring 2024 (available) or ME0EK01S, E0 = Year round availability. Products starting with MF23EK10S, F23 = Fall 2023 (not available))

How much do custom orders cost?

Custom orders receive a 20% discount from retail pricing. If the order is for personal use, it is also eligible for an additional 30% off. Custom orders are not eligible for sale pricing from brand website or price matching.

  • Peter Millar polo, $98.00 – 20% custom discount, $19.60 = $78.40
  • Custom order total, $78.40 – 30% team member discount, $23.52 = $54.88

What logos can I get on custom embroidery?

You can choose the UNICO or UNITEL logo for custom embroidery. The color of the logo (blue with light blue or white with light blue) is determined by garment it will be attached to. Darker colors will have the white and light blue (reversed) logo, while lighter colors will have the blue with light blue logo.

Where does the embroidered logo go?

You can choose to have your custom order embroidered on the item’s left sleeve, left chest, or back of neck (nape).

  • If the garment currently has the manufacturer’s brand in the selected area, the logo will be transferred to the opposite side.

What happens after I place my custom order?

The UNICO Store team will place all orders with our selected vendor on an as needed basis. Our vendor will process, embroider and ship your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment.

When will I be charged for my custom order?

Custom orders are charged the following billing cycle after you receive the order.

What if my custom order is not available?

You have a couple options.

  1. We will work with you and our vendor to find an acceptable replacement. Any difference in cost (higher or lower) will be passed on to you.
  2. You can cancel the order, no questions asked.

When will I receive my order?

All custom orders are created as needed. Please allow 4-6 for the embroidery and shipping.

My custom order doesn’t fit/I don’t like it anymore

Unfortunately custom orders are not eligible for refunds or returns if the item received is as ordered. You can use Marketplace on Teams to sell your item.

My custom order is the wrong product/size/color

If you receive an incorrect item, please email [email protected] and we will work with the vendor for resolution.

How do I know what I ordered?

After placing your order, an order confirmation is emailed to the email you provided during the checkout process.

When do I pay for my order?

Payroll or Advisor Expense Budget will be charged the month immediately following order fulfillment.

I checked out online, can I take my purchase form the UNICO Store in Lincoln?

No. Once processed, a team member will deliver the entirety of your purchase.

What if I need my purchase sooner than 3 business days?

The UNICO Store is monitored by multiple team members. If you need something ASAP, please complete the checkout process and follow up via email to [email protected]. We cannot guarantee fulfillment if needed in less than 2 business days.

How often do products change in the Pro Shop?

Items may be added at any time. Items may be removed or temporarily unavailable once out of stock.
