UNICO Group Welcomes Angie Hoffschneider as Executive Vice President of Integration

UNICO Group is pleased to announce the addition of Angie Hoffschneider to the team as Executive Vice President of Integration. Angie joined UNICO in January and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.

At UNICO, Angie will serve on the executive team and play a crucial role in aligning the company to maximize its vision for continual growth. Her responsibilities include providing leadership to ensure organizational clarity and that we have the right personnel and resources in place to maximize UNICO’s value. She will also play a pivotal role in the execution of strategic projects.

Before joining UNICO, Angie was the Chief People Officer at Metcalf Coffee, operating under the business name Scooter’s Coffee. Prior, she held a pivotal role as Chief People Officer at LI-COR Biosciences, an international biotechnology and environmental technology firm. Her 16-year tenure at LI-COR Biosciences was marked by significant contributions to the organization’s growth and success. Angie commenced her career at Talent Plus, an International Human Resources consulting firm where she coached clients on talent-based selection and development strategies.

Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University. She is also actively involved as a Board Member for The Christ Lincoln Foundation, Lincoln Children’s Zoo, and Autism Family Network.

This addition will continue to strengthen UNICO’s strategic capabilities and contribute to its ongoing success and growth.
