Carly Carlson – Director of Personal Insurance
As the Director of Personal Insurance, Carly will focus on driving growth and enhancing customer experiences while leading the Personal Insurance team. With an MBA from Nebraska Wesleyan University, she brings a strategic vision and operational excellence to the role. These skillsets will be essential in leading the Personal Insurance team, managing financial performance and optimizing processes to improve client retention and new business production.
Ben Kruger – Director of Finance and Accounting
In his new role of Director of Finance and Accounting, Ben will leverage his MPA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His expertise from this degree will be instrumental in supervising key financial operations, assisting management in critical financial decisions and building strong relationships with auditors and advisors to ensure UNICO’s continued financial health and growth.
Stacey Schafer – Director of People Operations
A seasoned PR professional, Stacey will play a key role in shaping UNICO’s future as Director of People Operations. Coming in with 15 years of experience in HR organizational strategy from insurance and tech sectors, she will be driving growth through employee-focused programs. Her responsibilities include driving UNICO’s growth while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
