This status comes from participating in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big “I”) Best Practices Study Group.
The Best Practices Study analyzes and documents the business practices of the highest-performing insurance agencies in the industry. This year 1,146 independent agencies throughout the U.S. were nominated for this selection process and only 348 agencies scored high enough to qualify.
