Her master’s degree in social sciences from Wayne State College gave her unique skill sets regarding client communication and relationship-building. This specialized educational background, combined with over 20 years of industry experience, equips Courtney with an exceptional ability to understand the human elements essential to effective risk management and personalized insurance planning.
