For the fifth time in six years, UNICO Group has been named one of Lincoln’s Best Places to Work. UNICO also secured top honors in the large company category (50 – 199 employees), marking back-to-back first place finishes.
Lincoln’s Best Places to Work recognizes excellence in workplace culture, leadership practices and employee engagement. Lincoln’s Best Places to Work winners were determined by employee survey results, conducted and evaluated by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska.
