Matt brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role. Having joined UNITEL in 2018 as a Risk Advisor, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in providing creative solutions and managing emerging risks for clients while educating them on the ever-changing industry landscape. His extensive experience working with private equity, infrastructure and other capital projects – including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances – makes him uniquely qualified for this position.

In his new role as Vice President of Capital Markets, Matt will oversee a newly formed practice group that has incredible growth opportunity. His responsibilities will include managing the unique risk profile associated with the rapid growth in the capital markets sector, developing and implementing risk control strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensuring sustainable growth.
Matt, a Grand Valley State University graduate, resides in Wilmington, North Carolina with his wife and three children.
