October 1
Ensure all new hires are added and elections are up to date as well as terminations. This ensures any new plans are underwritten accurately
November 15
Finalize your benefits offerings and employer contributions so your UNICO team can begin processing carrier documentation and prepare for open enrollment.
December 1
Ideally, your open enrollment period should be 5-7 days and include a weekend. The earlier you open your enrollment period, the smoother your renewal will go.
7 Days | Enrollment Period
