UNICO Group is excited to announce the addition of Marika Brack as Director of Benefits Operations. Marika’s appointment reflects UNICO’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, client service, and strategic leadership across its benefits division.

Marika joined UNICO on May 27, 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience in employee and group benefits. Her career has been defined by her ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex benefit programs, and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. She has a proven track record of working cross-functionally to implement best practices and drive meaningful results.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her approach to leadership is rooted in care, quality, and focus—values that mirror UNICO’s own commitment to service excellence.
