UNICO Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Chad Ideus to Executive Vice President.
Chad joined UNICO in 2004 after operating his own insurance agency. He since has become a longtime Shareholder of UNICO. Chad is originally from Adams, Neb., and a Nebraska Wesleyan graduate.
“I’ve always been a 30,000′ view guy, and not just because of my height. Most of my experience has been focused on advising my commercial and telecommunications clients. Over the last few years, I’ve had a chance to become integrated with our leadership teams and learn the mechanics of how we operate” said Chad Ideus.
With the promotion, Chad will serve on UNICO’s Executive Team and Board of Directors providing strategic leadership, financial oversight and sales management for the company. He will continue serving in his role as Risk Advisor to his clients.
“My goals are to identify opportunities to elevate our team’s performance, our culture, and most important your experience as a client” said Ideus.
